Receiver Gallery uses the United States Postal Service to ship our products.
Shipping
We generally ship orders either the Tuesday or Friday after an order is placed. We ship USPS, with insurance (up to $500) and tracking. Orders may take up to 5 to 7 business days. International orders may take up to 2 weeks. Please contact us with any questions or concerns. Wholesale orders are shipped USPS, unless other arrangements are made.
Returns Policy
Receiver Gallery wants your experience with us to be the best possible, and will attempt to quickly and helpfully handle any problems that arise. We always accept returns or make arrangements for refunds if an item has been damaged during shipping. We also accept size exchanges, if the article is unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. All returns must be made within 1 month of the original order or purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the loss of orders due to incorrect address provided during check out, and no refunds will be given in these cases. We do not accept returns on used merchandise, or on original art pieces, posters, and prints.
